I'd love all the cars that people like Jay Leno have. Need to have his airplane hangers and mechanics to do that though.

I bought and sold old and collector cars for years. I realized I couldn't have everything so bought them, drove them, worked on them, kept them for awhile and enjoyed them and then sold them and bought others. Back a few years ago it was possible to buy some pretty nice cars relatively cheap. But over time they have become more expensive so it's hard to buy them these days. So I started hanging onto some of them.

Finally, I ran out of garage and storage space years ago so decided to cut it off and quit buying. Every once in awhile I come across another car I'd like to buy. But it would have to be a pretty special car that I really wanted to make me sell one to buy one.

I know these are not really my cars. I'm just taking care of them for as long as I'm around and then they go to someone else. So I take care of them and enjoy them.

I have bought cars and store them along with a couple of relatives who don't live close by so I'm not sure how many cars we have. Unfortunately I can't drive them on the streets anymore and seldom even able to start and run them. So they are like works of art that sit in storage waiting to be sold to the next owner.
