See if management will call the towing company

In fact, I would demand they do it if they told her she could park there. While at BYU I lived in an apartment that had 3 separate 30 minute parking spots. Management told us we could park there since they issued so many passes. I had my car towed twice and management called and they waived the fee. Only issue then was that I had to find a way to get over to the tow yard to get my car.
