I know someone who had their car towed and they called the towing company

in Provo to let them know they had guns in the trunk. For safety reasons. The towing company had the guy arrested for threatening them with guns. He made no threat at all. He was simply letting them know what was in the trunk until he could get the car.

Last I heard he was going to a criminal hearing to plead not guilty.
