Sounds like a Garden of Eden situation: Two laws, and sometimes you can't keep

both. I disagree that it's clear cut. The speed LIMIT is a pretty clear cut law too. For this reason, I have grace for people if they are going the speed limit. How much extra time will it take me on my commute? 5 minutes? Maybe? I can stay within the speed limit ... we should all be going that speed anyway.
