By that metric Utah was 3-1 (wins over Az St, Oregon x2, loss to Ohio St)
Although I'll agree that doing it off "rank at the time" is possibly the dumbest way to assess things

...wait, what? Utah didn't lose to 5 top 25 teams. They only even have 4 losses, 3 to Top 25, 1 outside it
