Mike is possibly the toughest position to play on a defense.  So it is a huge change.  Putting him at rover/flash is fine though, but the reads and technique is still different. 

My position is play as many guys as you can in their natural positions because you get the best out of them that way, then fill in the gaps.  But that is not what the staff is doing.  They are at practices and see more, but it has been weird to me to see Chaz go from a big playmaker in the first 3 games to sort of a fringe guy since due to that position change.  Something has been lost there.
