Right now womens athletics gets matched scholarship for scholarship

If previous legal rulings said womens sports required equal money spent on scholarships as men why would these contracts now be any different? Unless Kavanaugh would be also willing to overthrown Title IX in favor of the free market.

Right now the NCAA requires a certain number of sports sponsored in order to be division one, unless Kavanaugh feels that is collusion as well then the sports should be able to remain.

Alot of questions.
