One time when we went there they brought out everyone's order but my 80 year old

mom's order. It finally came as everyone was just about done. We complained and the manager came to talk with us. He gave us our meals for free (we had about 15 people) plus he threw in coupons for 4 free meals. That was pretty good customer service to make up for it.
