Flew from Atlanta to home the other day. Sat across from a woman in her 30s.....
"covered" in tattoos. Her neck, the upper part of her chest, her upper arms, her forearms, down on to the backs of her hands, she had short pants on and you could see massive tattoos on her lower legs. She looked, quite frankly, ugly in all those tattoos.
I felt bad for her. What motivates a person to do such a thing?
