Hear me out. Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas. They are slopping 10 gallons of sauce on your flour tortilla which

makes it soggy and completely ruins the burrito. And they assume that every single mindless person will say yes to enchilada style and so even when you say no, they slop it on and then have to completely redo your burrito. It happens to me all the time. #endenchiladastyle

The sweet pork is the only reason I ever eat at either. The shrimp tacos at CV aren't close to as good as Bajios were.
