Threats are definitely out of line. I don't know where I stand on leaving
Negative reviews. Part of me would want to know if I was going to a dentist that did crap like this.
Here's the deal, though, he's going to take a hit right now but he's going to be fine in the long run. He may get let go from his practice (looks like he might have already) but he won't lose his license or anything. He'll be able to bounce back.
