The realtor never saw the house. He was a terrible negotiator and nearly lost his clients the house with how angry he made us.

He kept asking for specific real estatey documents that he knew we didn’t have because we were fsbo. He told me only realtors have access to them.

I finally started dealing with the buyers directly and told them they should get rid of their agent but had already signed a contract. We did the deal after cutting him mostly out and they still paid him.

He never saw the house.

It’s a racket.
