People seem to forget Bronco said he only planned to coach about 10 yrs...

...and when he left he had coached 11 yrs. He had been entertaining other offers and was ready for a change. He wasn't fired and was even allowed to stick around long enough to give us a partying gift of one more loss to Utah before leaving for UVa.

You make it sound like he was run out of town on a rail.
