Go back and count the men in the box yourself. Mostly 7 men in the box, and we ran effectively against 8 men in the box with the right packages.

Further, both after the game and this week as well it has been something that Kalani has complained about.
Think about this: New Mexico didn't complete a single pass against UNLV, but still put up 35 points and 482 yards. You think UNLV would have tried 8 man fronts? Of course they did, so why did the Lobos still rack up so many points and so many yards if they were running against 8 man fronts?
Not to be outdone, Army didn't even try a pass. Yet, they still picked up 21 points and 392 yards against a team used to the option. Think the falcons used any 8 man fronts?
The 8 man front argument doesn't hold water in this game, or the other two.
Go Cougs!!!!!
