I was literally writing a comment for the same thing. Not that I'm

defending the Utes but the question could be whether the refs are simply affected by the electric charge of a heated rivalry game. If the Utes get fewer PI calls against us than I would assume it is something like that. On the other hand if vastly more calls go against us than normal it could also be revealing.
