He had three athletes from the same team in his class. After one of the mid terms in the class he was contacted by the compliance officer regarding the scores of the students in question. Turns out the students all got the exact same score with the exact same answers. The compliance officer was asking the professor what he wanted to do. The professor's response was "if 66% is the best the brain trust can come up with I think we should probably let it slide." A much relieved compliance officer then thanked the professor and filed the incident under resolved.
