Mutual funds and my company's stock

But I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm highly invested in my company's stock that I purchased through ESPP. My stake has has grown significantly recently and I haven't put much thought into diversifying it before now. But now I'm just starting the process of figuring out what I want to do there.
