it's end of the bargain. I had Arches last year, and they went out of business because the healthcare plan foisted on us by Dear Leader did not pay out the subsidies promised, and Arches went bankrupt. All the providers took big hits--that's why everyone's rates went up. Someone has to pay, and if the Feds won't hold up their end, we the people get to carry the whole thing.
