well, we have addressed this before on this board, but you need to have the proper infrastructure in order to do all your nice things...
So..
Room size
If you are watching movies, go dark and have the screen to be the light source
lighting should be in the room, but logically laid out
soft in the front, hard in the back for sound qualities
75" TV at least or a 110" screen OLED, LED,
DLP (three gun) if you want to see incredible pictures
A/V receiver (think Universities to buy cheap but commercial equipment)
2 Front, 2 subs, 2 Rear, 1 Center (or two with one in back) and 2 or 4 sides.
Lighting on walls,
6 channel amp to allow clean sounds
Popcorn machine, soda machine outside of your "cave". And seating...you can find great deals from movie theaters going through retro work or online or on retail sales.
