All I know is that I haven't enjoyed watching BYU football the last few years
anywhere near as much as I did earlier in Bronco's tenure when he was winning 10-11 games a year against similar competition. I'm watching USU catch up to us, BSU, Utah and TCU pass us, and I'm just a tad worried that we're not keeping up.
NFL players are not a clear indicator of success for a college football team. But that doesn't mean they're not useful data points in evaluating the current state of the program compared to other teams.
