Are you sure it's a spider bite? Could be a boil - can also be serious.

That bite is close enough to your lymph nodes, that you should feel if they are swollen as well. May not yet be noticeable. I'm talking the area, where your leg meets your torso. If they are, they could be responding to what could be an infection.

I'd watch closely, don't pierce it. Take hot shower, warm packs and is go see a general practitioner.
