Yes I do see the extra $80M a year for the Rose and Sugar and the $55M for the Orange and how the host leagues will get that money in every year that those bowls are not the semi-final games. And the assumption is that those are above and beyond the other TV revenue splits being discussed.
So in years you get a USC/OSU Rose bowl the PAC/B1G would each get $40M more than the $50 that is hard set each year ($250M / 5 conf = $50M).
Same for SEC/B12 with the Sugar.
The Orange is $55 and it is hard contracted to ACC on one side with B1G/SEC/ND on the other side and those leagues/ND will get $27.5M when they participate in it in non-semi-final years.
But outside of those additional TV revenue contracts aligned to those conferences & ND I'm still not seeing where if a team like BYU or Go5 go to one of those games where they would get anything outside of the $4-6M. Likewise if they are a team from one of those conferences participating as an at-large there doesn't show anything for them outside of the $4-6M either.
Maybe I'm missing something else.
