So let me get this straight.
Someone in this thread makes a backhanded, unprovoked jab at John Calipari by expressing their low opinion of him without any evidence or support therefore (It is common on this website for people to announce their opinion that John Calipari is a scumbag or otherwise not a good human being without providing any evidence as to why).

I respond to the baseless opinion by pointing to actual, concrete evidence to the contrary reported by a respected member of the national media -- not a Kentucky homer.

You respond by (1) pointing out that I am to be discredited because I am a Kentucky fan and (2) pointing to an article that contains no evidence, only the opinions of Calipari's competitors, that he is a scumbag cheater.

Tell me more about how pointing to people's competitors' opinions is evidence of anything?

If I want to learn about the truth of the Mormon church, do you think I would get that from an opinion poll of Baptist ministers?

But this is the problem with Calipari haters. Your hatred blinds you to your completely ridiculous positions.

The article I posted is not discredited because a UK fan posted it. It stands on its own merits. I could link to a bunch of these types of stories about him and there are probably countless others that are unknown.

Calipari had his first team at Kentucky answer phones for a telethon to raise money after the earthquake in Haiti. Demarcus freaking Cousins was answering telephones for charity.

After Hurricane Sandy, Calipari organized his team to raise money for those victims as well. At a game at the Barclays Center shortly thereafter, the team presented a check for almost $1 million to the Red Cross. John Calipari haters at the game actually booed him during the check presentation ceremony.

If you can read that article detailing what John Calipari did for that quadriplegic man and his family and respond the way you did, I don't know what to say. Maybe if you'd been in the crowd that day in New York you would have joined all those classy Maryland fans/Calipari haters inexplicably booing his $1 million donation to the victims of a horrible natural disaster.
