I’ve had a big green egg for over 15 years. Used it a ton and gotten good at a few things..
But I’m thinking about supplementing it with a Traeger. I like the idea of precise temperature control, and am intrigued by a pellet smoker. I’d kinda like to go full Texas with an offset wood-burning cooker, but I don’t think I would use it much more than I do my egg right now.
What say ye? Get the Traeger? Those who own one, what do you love about it?
