We had two quad 1 games, both of which we lost (Providence and Ole Miss) and have had zero quad 2 games and one quad 3 game (win against NC State). Meanwhile we will end the preseason with eight quad 4 games. It just seems to me that a mix of difficult quad 1 games with some additional quad 2 and 3 games that are challenging but very winnable is a better mix than playing a couple of hard games, and otherwise almost exclusively easy games against bad competition. It is terrible for our resume and only marginally helps us improve.
