If an older couple (70s) has never been to Paris, and only has an 11 hour layover, what should they see?
They will have car and driver. I’m thinking Eiffel Tower, nice lunch, Notre Dame, Louvre grounds (not open that day) and Montmartre.
It’s in December. Also likely they will never be back.
