for almost a month now. I've tried all the stretches I can find on youtube, been to a chiropractor a few times. Nada. I'm seriously in misery CB. Any advice? I have to attempt to sleep flat on the floor. Lack of sleep is getting to me.

Sucks but avoid surgery. Strengthen the core and lose weight

I run for an hour 3x per week and lift 3x per week. Maybe 10-20 lbs overweight.

Steroid injection followed by physical therapy. Stop going to chiropractors.
