Fesi would provide continuity for recruits and overall system. A QB Coach could provide Retzlaff some needed attention on mechanics and vision, while at the same time developing the next in line. Now that we are P4, lets throw some money around:

- Lets go get Phillip Rivers, currently coaching a High School team in Alabama. Not only does it bring on board a former NFL QB to help recruitment, but the dude has like 10 kids. You would think that at least one of those kids has to be good at football.
- Or, we could get RG3 now that he got cut by ESPN. He has always been complimentary on broadcast of BYU. He would bring an energy to the QB room and boost recruiting.
