This one in particular. Does anyone have any idea if these certifications actually teach the skills required and/or have the ability to get you a job in the field upon completion?

A cousin of mine dropped out of college, but he has always been tech savvy and is talking up this "opportunity". I'm sure these programs are hit and miss and he has been chatting with me about it as a chance for him to get a good paying job without dedicating several more years to a degree.

Just curious if anyone knows anything about these, or maybe even this one in particular. No clue how well known these are in the tech industry.
