POLL: Is it cheating if the rules allow it? I keep reading that Utah is cheating with substitutions. Is it cheating though?
I am saying that Utah is not cheating if the rules allow for it. That’s a problem with the rules and Whitt is just smart to take advantage of the rule.
And I don’t believe it’s unsportsmanlike to use the rules but I included it for you.
