Archaea Intervention Needed
What's it going to take for the women's program to improve?
It seems that recruiting is a bit stagnant, especially at the forward and center position.

The play sets seem very simple and the ability to win big games isn't there yet. Has the women's game evolved beyond what our staff can do? Is the women's staff learning or feeding off the men's staff?

I would imagine the men's staff is far more advanced, but watching last night the off ball movement was almost none existent and there seemed to be repeated mental errors that weren't being correct.

Any thoughts?
