I want to do 30 minutes of basic strength exercises a couple of times a week.
No equipment other than maybe a couple of dumbbells. Something easy to do at home. Very basic.

I'm not trying to do anything other than break a little sweat and use some muscles a little bit that otherwise usually don't get used used.

What kind of routine would the CB fitness collective recommend?
