Got to the last round of interviews (Interviewed by 6 different people). That hurts. Just feeling disappointed.

Hard not to get excited as you move through that process and get closer and closer. That would have been a good pay bump over my current. Opportunities like that are rare and hard to get in my field. Gonna take a few days to scale back expectations. Would have been nice to pay off the house sooner, would have been nice to be able to tackle some home maintenance projects without sweating it, ... I'll have to figure out how to grow in my current role instead in the short term.

Okay, back to work, making the medium bucks. 🙂
