Been a big weak spot for me over the years. Combo of losing 20+ pounds, Working on shoulder mobility and finally learning proper technique (I kept injuring my shoulder(s) and would have to stop). Even though I’ve been working out regularly for 10 plus years and a lot of other areas have consistently improved this is one of the things I struggled with big time. It is a meaningful milestone for me. For decades I couldn’t even do one pull-up.
