As a real estate guy.. I wonder where all of these fire victims are going to live. I assume many of them have 2nd homes
already, but it will still be a lot of people who need to find housing soon (and many will want luxury housing immediately).
Have to assume that homes nearby that are north of $5M just saw a nice price increase.
I wonder how many will use this as their time to jump from CA and head to surrounding states? Perhaps homes in Austin just got more expensive too?
