I feel this guy's pain.

It is literally less expensive to fly to Switzerland (a not inexpensive country) to ski than it is to go to Utah. Something has got to give.

I am from out of state. Direct flights to and ignoring the lost time due to jet lag, it is cheaper to go to Utah.

Lol, even if you pay $400 for a day pass, $100 for lift fees, $200 for rentals, it's still cheaper to ski in Utah

Those flights are not non-stop and add an extra day on both ends for Switzerland.

Sorry I meant non-stop. Fixed. I can't find any nonstop flights close to that. And then if you add legs and travel time.
