What’s the best way to cook a prime rib? I can’t remember how I did it last year
I see so many ways to cook it. Do you trim the bones off before you cook it?

We did this last week. Smoked to about 120-ish, quickly seared the edges, and let it rest in a cooler for about an hour

I’m doing it this way right now. Internal temp at 78 now.

Keep the bones. I like the cook it at 500 then turn it way down method.

I did two via sous vide last week. Both turned out excellent and very easy.
