PSA: literally no CFB team is tampering

Having an agent reach out to a team and inquire about possibility to transfer/NIL opportunities, is not tampering.

There isn't a single team that is dumb enough to actually tamper when the rules are so lax that you can easily accomplish the same thing within the rules
