dudes in their primes that are really good players but not quite NFL level, and have been out of school for at least a few years. No HS recruit will be playing D1 CFB - they'll all be in the JUCO or FCS ranks trying to prove themselves.

In other words, just another pro league, but without any kinds of rules or regulations. What stops that trajectory? The courts seemingly don't believe that anyone is allowed to govern this beast in any way.
