QB is the most important position in football. It should have a dedicated coach. This guy's primary job should be developing and recruiting QBs. Make a big time hire. Generate some buzz. QBs that were considered out of reach or not even possibilities will notice.

I hate when we wallow in the "Better Things are Not Possible" mire. Better things are possible. We should hope for them. We should talk about those better things. The defense shows a great trajectory. The offense... needs some work, but the O-line is much improved.
