Turkey help. Want to cook a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Don't have a smoker. Any good recipes for slow oven roast?
I want that thing tender and tastey. Open to brines, rubs, Injections... whatever it takes
Also, where to buy (utah), if it makes a difference

Pay Fords Locker in Provo $20 to smoke your turkey for you. No fuss Thanksgiving.

One thing is certain, spatchcock it! I prefer "dry brining" to wet.

We love Norbest Sweetheart turkey roasts. They're super easy to cook, moist, tender and no waste. Only downside is that

Doesn’t matter how or what you do to it. Don’t cook it above 155 internal temp…

Yes, forget the 165 degree recommendation for poultry. 155 is plenty for turkey.

Find a friend with a smoker and use this brine recipe...

This is the Brine I use and it always turns out great. Turkey Breast is the way to go! I will never go back to a whole
