Is there any way to remove an ex spouse from a mortgage without having to
refinance and lose the very desirable interest rate?
The ex is on board and cooperative, but would like to be clear of the obligation soon. Both spouses are currently on the mortgage.

The person that kept the house has to refinance. Or they sell the house.

If they're both owners of the home, she can't use it as collateral for anything
