He used a baseball strike zone analogy. He basically says that he would be ok with calling that a holding if they had called it consistently throughout the game, and Utah was not called for it all game, and BYU only got called for 1 pass interference. I get his point about calling those throughout the whole game consistently, but I just don't think it makes it wrong to call it when you see it and the stakes are higher.
