What am I doing wrong with these filets?
Weber propane grill preheated for 10 minutes. Dial has consistently read over 500. I’m going on 20 minutes to get the 2” steaks up to 135 in the middle.
What gives? Isn’t it supposed to be more like 12-14 minutes at those temps?
