Many years. My daily work schedule is usually either 10:30-6 or 7-2:30. So I never take a lunch break and just eat throughout the work day during breaks.

I don’t know how people do it. Going back to work after a hour lunch break totally sucks. I was tired the whole second half of the day, the day drags on forever, I’m stuffed now and am supposed to go home and eat dinner, and it’s really expensive to do that consistently.
