I’m no college football rules expert, but I’m pretty sure Collins could have (should have??) been called for a hold on his receiver on the Wakley INT. On the TV replay Collins had a pretty good hold of the receivers jersey around the shoulder pads while the ball was in the air.

It was 2nd and 20 with 1:09 on the clock. Assuming there was a penalty called, would that have been a 10 yrd penalty and 2nd down? Or because the hold happened basically at the sticks would that have been a 1st down?

Am I alone in thinking we were really close to losing this game if Collins had been called for that hold?
