programs than WSU or ORSU?

UH has basketball value on the court, but still not many fans. Hard to say how they compare in FB with those two if given equal footing. Difficult to parse that now, given the PAC schools had the advantages before and now UH has them. Same problem with all five of these.

I don't think it's clear cut or easy to say, nor will it become so given the new division. But I will say this: I think the deck is stacked against Cincy or UH being a better overall add than a WSU or ORSU because the former are both commuter schools in big cities, and the latter are in college towns. UCF is a different animal, but doesn't have the tradition/history of any of the other four, so it almost must be evaluated separately.
