He's good with quarterbacks. He has a proven track record of getting the most out of his QBs. He's specifically great with mobile QBs like Zach, Jaren and even Retzlaff.

I agree that I'm not always a big fan of his play calling, but he's a proven nfl-caliber QB developer and that would be hard to replace.
