On the days leading up to Saturday. I rarely, if ever mow my lawn on Saturdays. I typically do it midweek and it usually only takes me 45 mins or so. I also do about all the laundry, vacuuming and various other things. I try and do those on any day but Saturday.

Life is incredibly busy. It's rare we don't have something for one of the kids or somewhere to be or something to do on most nights, but I still try and fit it into my schedule because it makes Saturday watching CFB and whatever that much more enjoyable. I can get up and cook a nice breakfast, watch some football, grill or smoke something on the Traeger or Blackstone and the day seems less stressful without all the other stuff to do. Does stuff still pop up sometimes? Sure it does...but indentured servitude is what kids are for. They still have to do their Saturday morning chores.
