Retzlaff is Zach Wilson in the nfl. High ceiling low floor. Jake was zipping
That ball around game 1. His throw looks real good. He showed some touch against smu. But he is inconsistent similar to Zach in the nfl. I worry that there is enough time for Jake to fix his turnover issues in the time he has left. Maybe there is. In the nfl there is a little more time- especially if he is a backup- the risk may be worth the reward. I don’t know if it is for Jake.

I think a reasonable take on Retzlaff is that he was an excellent JC QB but can't make the jump to D1 (jvr7, Sep 13, 2024 at 10:34am)
